Return and Exchange Policy - KOVI

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging. Discounted items can be returned and exchanged normally, just like regular items. If there is a manufacturing defect, KOVI covers all shipping costs.

If the customer wants to change the size or exchange by preference, the customer pays the shipping cos Refunds are processed within up to seven business days after inspection.
